How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, configure authorised calling workflows, provide services, maintain CRM records, improve service quality and meet contractual or legal obligations.
AI calls and recordings
Recipients are informed when a call is AI-assisted. Where recording is enabled, an appropriate disclosure is provided. Recordings, transcripts, summaries and call outcomes may be processed for the agreed workflow.
Service providers
Data may be processed through authorised telephony, hosting, AI, CRM, WhatsApp and integration providers only as reasonably required to deliver the service.
Retention and requests
