By purchasing or using DG Voice AI, you agree to the confirmed quotation and these terms.
Scope
The accepted quotation defines the calling workflow, configured language, CRM features, usage allowance, integrations, setup, support and delivery responsibilities.
Fees
Monthly subscription, one-time setup, virtual number, calling channels, GST, Meta charges and third-party charges are payable as stated in the quotation.
Fair usage
Every plan includes a defined calling allowance. Additional capacity requires an approved top-up or revised plan. Unused capacity does not roll over unless stated in writing.
Client responsibility
The client must provide lawful lead data, an approved conversation flow, accurate business information and necessary access. The client is responsible for the legal basis and permissions for contacting uploaded leads.
Third-party dependency
Telephony, WhatsApp, AI, hosting and CRM services depend on third-party availability, policies and network conditions. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Payments and renewal
Services may be paused for overdue payments. Renewal, usage and third-party rates may be revised with prior notice.
