Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the work completed and third-party commitments already made.
Before setup
A cancellation requested before configuration or third-party purchase begins may be eligible for a refund after applicable processing charges.
After setup begins
Setup, conversation design, voice configuration, testing, integration and completed service work are non-refundable.
Third-party charges
Virtual numbers, channels, telephony, WhatsApp, API, hosting and other third-party charges are non-refundable after activation or purchase.
Monthly plans
Subscription periods already started are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents the next renewal subject to the agreed notice period.
